Meditation & Integration (Online)

Meditation sessions are offered independently from regression work and focus on self-awareness, emotional regulation, and grounding.

​

These sessions support calming the mind, stabilizing emotional states, and gently expanding perception.

 

They can be experienced as individual sessions or in small group settings and do not require participation in regression sessions.

​

For some individuals, meditation provides ongoing support and integration. For others, it serves as a stand-alone practice for clarity, regulation, and internal steadiness.​

​

A complimentary group meditation is offered periodically for those who wish to explore whether this approach feels aligned.

​

These sessions provide an opportunity to experience the quality and structure of this work in a supportive group setting.
