Regression Sessions (In Person)
Overview
Regression sessions are extended, one-to-one experiences designed to explore subconscious material that may be contributing to emotional distress, recurring life patterns, relationship challenges, or a persistent sense of being stuck.
The value of the session lies not in interpretation, but in the clarity and perspective that emerge.
What to Expect
Before any session, we take time to clearly explain the process and address questions.
There is no pressure to perform, believe, or experience anything specific.
Session Structure
A typical regression session is a one-day experience, lasting approximately four hours. This includes:
-
A preparatory conversation
-
A guided regression session
-
Time for grounding, integration, and discussion afterward
You remain engaged and aware throughout the process, with an emphasis on understanding and internal organization rather than emotional intensity.
-
A recorded audio of the regression portion is provided for personal review.
Sessions are unhurried and paced according to the individual. Nothing is forced, and nothing is rushed.
Potential Benefits
While each session is unique, individuals often report:
-
Greater clarity around long-standing emotional or relational patterns
-
A shift in perspective that allows new choices to emerge
-
Emotional and Physical release, or easing of internal tension
-
A renewed sense of direction or coherence
-
Increased self-trust and internal steadiness
This work does not aim to “fix” or diagnose.
It supports awareness, insight, and the capacity to relate differently to your experiences.
